LIABILITY
The user must accept all risk in flying radio control models, as well as any damage or injuries that result from a crash, parts failure, misuse, or improper installation.
Lithium Polymer battery technology offers increased capacity over NiCd and NiMH batteries, but extreme care must be used when both charging and using these batteries. There is a risk of fire from improper charging or from physical damage after a crash. Lithium batteries should never be charged unattended, and should be charged in a container that suppresses the spread of fire in the event of a battery failure or over-voltage condition. Always use a charger made for Lithium Polymer chemistry, and never charge over 1C or the highest charge rating specified by the manufacturer.
Got Heli RC can assume no liability or expense for injuries or property damage from the use of radio control models or Lithium battery technology. Please read and understand all instructions and recommendations from the battery and model manufacturers before using these products.
-Thank you, and safe flying!
